Whatever falls below standard is replaced before a machine goes anywhere near a listing — so the laptop you order is the laptop that arrives.
None of that is a black box. The whole process — source, inspect, refurbish, grade, certify — is written up step by step, and the case for buying this way at all is argued in the open, against today’s real prices rather than a made-up RRP.
And because trust is the whole product, we keep ourselves easy to check: reviews are collected independently through Reviews.io, our registration is on the Companies House register — set out in full below — and you’ll find the same shop trading on Amazon and eBay. If a claim about us can’t be verified, we’d rather not make it.
