How to claim?

Please send an e-mail to support@orioncomputers.co.uk and our customer services will respond to your query within 2 working days.

We will typically provide you with a free returns label issued by Parcelforce which you will be able to use to send your product(s) back for a replacement if your product(s) are covered under your warranty warranty.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product(s) are packaged securely. Any damage which is not reported at the time of your return(s) and occurs during the transit will not be covered as part of your warranty.

When we receive your product(s) back, if we find any faults that are not covered as part of your warranty, we will first e-mail you. You have two options:

  • We will return the product back to you without repairing the fault but we will also require a payment for postage. The amount is £15.00 but we will only need this payment if the device is sent to us with a fault which is not covered as part of your warranty
  • We can repair the fault but we will need a payment for the fault including any parts that may need replacing. We will send you a quote depending on the fault.

Please make sure all product(s) returned are reset back to factory settings. You are responsible to make sure all data on your product(s) have a back up. If you return product(s) with a password lock/iCloud lock or a standard user setup, we may not be able to repair or replace this product. We will send this item back to you so you can erase it back to factory settings and return it back to us.
